While we’re a remote first studio, we know the value of real life connection. That’s why we organise in person meet ups for teams and the wider studio throughout the year, whether it’s workshop sessions, strategy off sites, or just hanging out over good food. These IRL moments help us strengthen our bonds, collaborate more deeply, and build the kind of trust that fuels great work and a great culture.

I’ve been with Uplift Games for three years, and it’s been an amazing journey so far. I lead product development across toys, apparel, publishing, and more—and from day one, I’ve been trusted to take projects from idea to launch. The work is fun, creative, and super collaborative. Although I mainly work with external partners to develop the products, I get to partner with internal teams across the studio, which has really strengthened our sense of community. I feel genuinely supported and valued here. Sharing our projects during weekly studio syncs is a highlight—everyone gets excited, and it’s great to see how our work connects with fans in the real world.
