At Uplift Games, we're building the studio we always wanted to work at. A place that prioritizes great work delivered by happy and engaged team members.

We offer remote positions in North America and the UK.

We don't have fixed hours, and a lot of our work is “asynchronous” meaning that outside of fixed meetings or specific synchronous work, we trust you to set your core working hours to deliver great work.

With trust comes responsibility. We will do our best to give you the support and tools you need to excel, but it's up to you to use them. You'll get the opportunity to work alongside 60 talented, diverse co-workers on games like Adopt Me and more in the future.

Remote-First

We work remote-first across North America and the UK, and benefit from dedicated IT support to keep things running smoothly. We also have a touchdown space in London, for use as needed.

Flexible Work Hours

Take breaks. Pick your kids up from school. Outside of fixed meetings, you can work with your manager to agree on your own regular work schedule.
